About — kbeautyguide — K-Beauty Buying Guide
This site collects what you can check before choosing skincare or a skin clinic in Korea.
Why this site exists
Before you visit a skin clinic in Korea, the details that matter most are often the hardest to find. A clinic may list its hours as open until 9 pm and still stop taking patients at 7:30. If you’re going after work, that gap is everything. Details like that rarely make it into English, so I collect them here.
Who’s behind this
I’m Sora. I read what skin and plastic surgery clinics in Korea put on their own websites: specialties, doctors, device labels, opening hours. For skincare, I look at full ingredient lists and concentrations. I haven’t had these treatments myself, so I don’t write about results. That question belongs to the doctor who sees you.
What gets checked
Each guide opens with a short answer, then compares options on the same fields: ingredients and concentrations for skincare; specialties, device labels and hours for clinics. Anything we couldn’t confirm is marked that way.
